Relating to health care for public employees.

Abstract

Requires benefit plans offered by Public Employees' Benefit Board and Oregon Educators Benefit Board to cover certain costs related to travel to Mexico or Canada to fill and refill prescriptions.] Directs Oregon Health Authority to study possibilities for importation of pharmaceuticals from Mexico and Canada for public employees and health insurance coverage for public employees of travel to Mexico or Canada to acquire pharmaceuticals. Directs authority to report on results of study to appropriate committee or interim committee of Legislative Assembly no later than September 15, 2022. Sunsets January 2, 2023.
